This course will be delivered face-to-face in Perth and will run over two days, from 9am-4pm, date TBD pending COVID restrictions.  The training delivers a broad but detailed overview of hydrogen and its use as an energy carrier, with key focus on content for the mining industry, including stationary power and all things PEM FC. In this workshop we will cover the fundamentals as listed below as well as provide insight on:

  • test bench and laboratory set up techniques,
  • simulation algorithms,
  • vehicle integration,
  • site testing and deployment,
  • remote/stationary power systems,
  • safety and refuelling considerations for heavy vehicles,
  • compliance and maintenance.

Attendees will develop a broad understanding of the opportunities and challenges with hydrogen and develop the competence to make technical and economic comparisons between different hydrogen technologies.

Attendees will receive a printed copy of the course materials as well as a digital badge verifying their credential. Full catering will be provided along with networking drinks on the first evening.
